Harpreet’s perspective
Real questions. Real properties. Real numbers.
This might be one of the most common questions in real estate: ‘Should I buy now or wait?’ People want to know where home prices are going, where rates are going, what the economy will do, if prices will drop, if rates will drop, and if everyone else will suddenly decide not to buy the exact house they want.
Nobody can guarantee those things.
Are You Ready?
So instead of trying to perfectly time the market, I prefer asking: are YOU ready? Do you have stable income? Is your down payment ready? Is the payment comfortable? Are you planning to keep the property long enough for buying to make sense? Does the property suit your needs? Do you have financial breathing room after closing?
Make the Decision With Your Life
If those answers are strong, we can have a serious buying conversation. If you're stretching every dollar because you're terrified prices will run away tomorrow, maybe we need to rethink the decision.
Don't buy because everyone else is buying. And don't automatically wait because everyone online says a crash is coming. Your home isn't the stock market. It's where you're going to wake up Monday morning.
When It Makes Sense Together
Buy when the property, mortgage and your life make sense together.
