Harpreet’s perspective
Real questions. Real properties. Real numbers.
You find a property. Send it to me. Rental property? Send it. First home? Send it. An ugly flip where you have already mentally removed every wall? Definitely send it.
I do not want our relationship to begin after you have already committed to everything.
The Bigger Picture
I understand mortgages, real estate, construction, numbers, and neighbourhoods, so I like looking at the bigger picture. What are you trying to accomplish? What could the property become? What might renovations cost? What is the rental potential? What financing considerations stand out?
Does the property fit your long-term plan?
The Annoying Question Before an Expensive Decision
Sometimes I will help you figure out how we can buy a property. Sometimes I am going to annoy you and ask why we want to buy it. That is intentional.
Think of me as your broker, second set of eyes, and guide—occasionally the friend who asks the annoying question before you make a very expensive decision. You bring me the property; we will figure out whether the mortgage and the property make sense together.
